Our Health Guarantee

 A pet PUPPY or DOG is defined here to be in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the breed listed above. 

The BREEDER guarantees the above described puppy or dog will be free of congenital defects, defined as heart, liver and kidneys, for a period of 12 months from date of the PUPPY’S birth.  If congenital defects are found a replacement puppy of the same breed will be given when available.  Cash refunds will not be granted after 72 hours from the date of purchase.

The BREEDER shall provide all appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S or DOG’S age that have been given, and a record of this vaccination history will be supplied, if applicable.

The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies and dogs both by breeding only dogs (parents) that are free of any health defects and by raising the animals in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy or dog after sale has been completed.

The BUYER agrees to have this puppy or dog examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.

If the puppy or dog is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER'S veterinarian, it shall be returned to the BREEDER on or prior to the deadline listed below, and a replacement PUPPY of the same breed will be given when available or a cash refund of the purchase price.  SELLER has the option to request veterinary documentation as proof prior to accepting the return of the PUPPY. BUYER also has the option for a second opinion from a veterinarian of his choice.  Any and all veterinary costs incurred by the BUYER WILL NOT be refunded by the SELLER.  No cash refunds will be granted to the BUYER after the date listed below.  _________(BUYER initials)

The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable habitat for this puppy.

There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. MOST PARTICULARLY, the BUYER agrees to keep the puppy slim throughout it's normal growth period. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BREEDER will have the first choice to either: (a) take the PUPPY back or (b) assist the BUYER in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY.

The BREEDER neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. The Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
